In principle we contract with 'contracts for services' or 'contracts for work and services' aimed at a prespecified result. In project single contracts i lay down for 'contracts for services' daily fees all in., for 'contracts for work and services' aimed at a prespecified result one fee at all in. More minimum contract constituents are the project duration and a written description of the arranged Services and fees.

For the accounting in 'contracts for services' applys the 8 hours work day. Working hours: between 9 a.m and 5 p.m.
In 'contracts for work and services' aimed at a prespecified result applys flexible working hours, which are orientated at the negiotated filing date.

In 'contracts for work and services' aimed at a prespecified result the accounting follows after acceptance of the work. A 20% (of order sheet total) pay down in cash is to pay after contract concluding and before the work begin.
In 'contracts for services' follows the accounting the negiotiated man- days. The 'performance verification cards' are to sign daily by the customer and to pay monthly.
